Pro-Tech Tactical Response 3 X1 Military Issue – 3.50″ 154CM DLC Black Spear Point Blade, Black Fish Scale Aluminum Handle – TR-3 X1 M

The Pro-Tech Tactical Response 3 X1 Military Issue is the mil-spec configuration of the TR-3 platform — a push-button automatic folder built to the same frame and blade geometry Pro-Tech has refined through the Tactical Response lineage, with a fish scale machine milled handle texture and an integrated secondary slide safety that prevents accidental deployment in a duty or kit environment.

The blade is 154CM stainless steel with a DLC black finish — a proven high-chromium stainless that Pro-Tech has trusted for the TR-3 platform through its production history. At 3.50″ on a spear point profile with flat grind and 0.125″ blade thickness, the DLC black finish runs the blade in a fully tactical configuration that matches the hardware throughout. The spear point geometry provides a strong, sharp tip for penetration-focused tasks alongside a usable belly for general cutting.

The handle is tactical black 6061-T6 aircraft grade aluminum with a fish scale machine milled texture — a repeating scale pattern that provides traction across the full grip surface without the aggressive edges of jimping or deep channel milling. The integrated secondary steel slide safety physically blocks the firing button from actuating, adding a deliberate extra step that prevents accidental deployment when the knife is packed, holstered, or stored in kit. Blasted hardware throughout. The DLC black standard 3-hole clip rides tip-up for right-hand carry.

• Blade: 3.50″ spear point, 154CM stainless steel, flat grind, DLC black finish, plain edge, 0.125″ thick
• Handle: Tactical black 6061-T6 aircraft grade aluminum, fish scale machine milled texture
• Safety: Integrated secondary steel slide safety — physically blocks firing button
• Deployment/Lock: Push-button automatic, plunge lock button lock
• Carry: 3.70 oz, tip-up right-hand carry, DLC black standard 3-hole clip

Ideal for military, law enforcement, and first responders who need an automatic folder with a secondary safety in a duty or kit configuration. A natural choice for TR-3 collectors who want the Military Issue fish scale texture over a standard TR-3 handle finish. Works well for buyers who carry in environments where accidental deployment is a real concern and want a physical safety mechanism rather than relying on a tight action alone.
