Zero Tolerance Fixed Blade – Olive G-10 (6″ CPM-3V) 0006TSOL

The Versatile ZT 0006: Military-Inspired Excellence

When it comes to tools that combine survival readiness, outdoor functionality, and craftsmanship, the ZT 0006 stands out as a remarkable choice. Inspired by military designs yet tailored for civilian use, this knife is a testament to innovation and durability in the world of blades.

Homage to the ZT-9

While the 0006 pays homage to the original ZT-9 with its distinctive steel guard, it diverges by not being a bayonet. Instead, it offers a versatile design that suits a variety of tasks, whether you’re trekking through the wilderness or tackling summer projects at home.

Blade and Materials

CPM 3V Steel

At the heart of the 0006 is its 6-inch blade crafted from CPM 3V, a robust tool steel known for its exceptional toughness. This material is particularly resistant to edge chipping, making it ideal for demanding work tasks.

Cerakote Coating

Although CPM 3V is not inherently resistant to corrosion due to its non-stainless nature, ZT has enhanced its durability with a clear Cerakote coating. This protective layer helps ensure the blade withstands the elements, extending its lifespan and maintaining its performance.

Design and Functionality

Blade Thickness and Profile

The blade itself measures a substantial 3/16 inches in thickness, providing the strength necessary for rigorous use while remaining functional for precision tasks. Its rounded profile is designed to fit comfortably in the hand, preventing fatigue during extended use.

Handle and Grip

Equipped with an olive G10 handle, the 0006 offers a secure and comfortable grip. The material is known for its strength and resistance to environmental factors, making it a reliable choice for outdoor activities. The knife also features aggressive jimping, allowing users to choke up on the blade with or without gloves, offering superior control and precision.

The ZT Fixed Blade Experience

ZT is renowned for producing fixed blades that are both unique and unparalleled in quality. The 0006 exemplifies this commitment to excellence, offering a tool that is as reliable as it is versatile. Whether you’re an outdoor enthusiast or simply appreciate a well-crafted tool, the 0006 is a standout choice in any collection.
