Kershaw Launch 4 Auto – 1.9″ CPM-154 Satin Spear Point Blade, Raw Aluminum Handle USA Made – 7500RAW

The Kershaw Launch 4 7500RAW is a USA-made side-button automatic folder with a 1.9-inch CPM-154 satin spear point blade on a raw aluminum handle — the most compact automatic in Kershaw’s Launch lineup, delivering powder metallurgy stainless performance and instant one-hand deployment in the smallest and most discrete carry format available.

The Launch 4 occupies a specific and underserved position in the automatic knife market: a sub-2-inch USA-made side-button automatic in premium steel. Most production automatic folders are sized for primary carry at 3 inches and above. The Launch 4 is sized for carry situations where even a standard-size folder draws attention or creates unwanted bulk — front pocket alongside keys and a phone, shirt pocket, suit or dress carry, or as a backup automatic where minimum profile is the priority. CPM-154 is Crucible’s powder metallurgy version of 154CM — more uniform carbide distribution, better edge retention, improved toughness, and the same excellent corrosion resistance as the base formula. In a 1.9-inch blade used for continuous everyday incidental tasks, CPM-154’s edge retention keeps the spear point cutting cleanly through more cycles before maintenance than standard 154CM would. The satin finish delivers a smooth, reflective blade surface that shows the spear point’s grind geometry clearly. The raw aluminum handle carries exactly what it is — unfinished, uncoated aluminum showing the natural silver-grey of bare metal, developing contact marks and a natural patina with carry that records the knife’s use history honestly. Satin CPM-154 and raw aluminum share the same natural bare-metal aesthetic: both uncoated, both developing character with use. All assembled in Tualatin, Oregon on Kershaw’s USA production floor.

• Blade: CPM-154 stainless steel, spear point profile, satin finish — powder metallurgy stainless with excellent edge retention and corrosion resistance in a 1.9-inch compact format; satin finish shows the spear point’s geometry cleanly against the raw aluminum handle
• Handle: Raw aluminum — unfinished, uncoated aluminum that develops a natural patina with carry; bare metal sharing the same uncoated material aesthetic as the satin CPM-154 blade; the most materially honest combination in the Launch lineup
• Deployment: Side-button automatic — press the button on the spine; fast, smooth one-hand deployment; liner lock retention
• Carry: Most compact automatic in the Launch lineup at 1.9 inches, USA made (confirm clip configuration)

Buyers who want a USA-made side-button automatic in the most compact production format — the Launch 4 at 1.9 inches is the right carry choice for shirt pocket, suit, formal, or backup automatic carry where a full-size folder creates unwanted bulk or visibility. Buyers who appreciate the raw, uncoated material aesthetic of bare aluminum and bare satin steel — both materials honest, both developing natural character with carry. CPM-154 buyers who want powder metallurgy stainless performance in the smallest automatic footprint Kershaw produces.

CPM-154, satin spear point, raw aluminum, USA-made side-button automatic, and Kershaw Lifetime Warranty — the Kershaw Launch 4 7500RAW is the most compact premium automatic in Kershaw’s Launch lineup.
