Kershaw Launch 11 Auto – 2.75″ CPM-154 Stonewashed Drop Point Blade, Red Anodized Aluminum Handle USA Made – 7550RD

The Kershaw Launch 11 7550RD is the red Launch 11 — CPM-154 stonewash drop point on red anodized aluminum, the most visually assertive and highest-contrast compact automatic in the Launch 11 lineup, pairing the cool matte silver-grey of bare stonewash steel against a bold saturated red that reads with immediate color presence in any carry context.

The Launch series represents Kershaw’s highest-tier USA-made automatic folder production — side-button deployment, KVT ball-bearing pivot, liner lock retention, and blade steel positioned precisely in the performance hierarchy. The Launch 11 7550RD runs CPM-154, Crucible’s powder metallurgy version of 154CM — more uniform carbide distribution, better edge retention, improved toughness, and excellent corrosion resistance in a 2.75-inch compact drop point blade that handles the full range of everyday light cutting tasks while fitting comfortably in a front pocket or alongside a phone. The red anodized aluminum handle is the most color-forward and visually assertive handle in the Launch 11 lineup. Where the 7550BRZ’s bronze anodize sits in the warm metallic register and reads as refined and premium-carry, the 7550RD’s red anodize sits in the saturated bold register and reads as a carry statement — the most immediately visible and color-assertive compact automatic in the Launch lineup. The cool silver-grey of bare stonewash CPM-154 against a saturated red handle creates a high-contrast cool-neutral-on-bold-warm pairing that is immediately readable and color-present. Red anodizing creates a hard aluminum oxide layer integral to the metal surface — the color cannot chip or peel, though it will show wear at high-contact points over time. All assembled in Tualatin, Oregon on Kershaw’s USA production floor.

Buyers who want the Launch 11 compact automatic in the most visually bold and color-present configuration — the 7550RD’s red anodized aluminum is the most assertive compact Launch colorway, carrying with immediate color presence where the bronze 7550BRZ reads as refined warmth and the gray or raw variants carry neutral. Red EDC carry buyers who want the compact Launch automatic to make a color statement and match a bold-carry system. Collectors completing the Launch 11 colorway pair who want the 7550RD red alongside the 7550BRZ bronze as the full two-color Launch 11 set.

CPM-154, stonewash drop point, red anodized aluminum, USA-made side-button automatic, and Kershaw Lifetime Warranty — the Kershaw Launch 11 7550RD is the bold, color-assertive compact automatic in the Launch 11 lineup.
