Izula – 2.63″ 1095 OD Green Plain Edge Drop Point Blade, OD Green Skeletonized Handle – IZULA-OD

The ESEE Izula is a compact fixed blade built for low-profile everyday carry or as a lightweight survival kit knife. This version pairs a 2.63″ OD Green 1095 blade with a matching OD Green skeletonized steel handle and a black polymer sheath, at 1.90 oz.

1095 carbon steel is a classic outdoor steel: tough, easy to sharpen in the field, and dependable for everyday cutting. ESEE runs it at 55-57 HRC. The Izula’s 2.63″ flat-ground drop-point blade handles cutting cord, prepping tinder, and fine work, and the OD Green finish helps protect it. The skeletonized steel handle keeps weight to a minimum. The Izula takes its name from the Peruvian name for the bullet ant, an insect known for being small, hardy, and independent.

• Blade: 2.63″ 1095 carbon steel drop point, OD Green finish, flat grind, plain edge, 0.16″ thick, 55-57 HRC. 6.25″ overall.
• Handle: OD Green skeletonized steel, keeping weight to a minimum. 3.375″ handle length.
• Sheath: Injection-molded black polymer sheath included.
• Carry: 1.90 oz, light enough to add to any pack or kit as a backup blade.

Ideal for: hikers and backpackers who want an ultralight backup knife; survival kit builders who want a compact, tough fixed blade; and everyday carriers who prefer a matched, classic OD Green colorway.

Care: 1095 is carbon steel, not stainless. The OD Green finish helps protect the blade, but the edge and any worn areas can rust or patina. Keep the knife dry and lightly oiled.
