Hogue Ballista II Automatic Folder – Grey Alum w/Cocobolo inserts

The Ballista II lineup, designed by the innovative Scott Bruhns, introduces a new standard in everyday carry (EDC) knives. This collection is a perfect blend of style, precision, and functionality, making it a must-have for knife enthusiasts and collectors alike.

Blade Features

At the heart of the Ballista II knives is the 2.6-inch bayonet blade. Crafted from the high-performance CPM MagnaCut stainless steel, these blades are heat treated to an impressive 62-64 HRC hardness. This meticulous process ensures:

• Excellent edge retention: Stay sharp during prolonged use.

• Toughness: Withstands rigorous tasks without chipping or breaking.

• Corrosion resistance: Maintains its impeccable appearance over time.

Buyers can choose between two stunning finishes: a classic stone tumbled look or a sleek black PVD option, both offering a distinctive aesthetic appeal.

Effortless Deployment

The Ballista II knives feature automatic push button deployment, providing smooth and rapid access under any circumstances. This mechanism is designed for those who value quick and reliable action in a compact tool.

Exquisite Construction

The knife’s body is crafted from durable 6061-T6 anodized aluminum, known for its strength and lightweight properties. To add a splash of color and elegance, the frame is complemented with either green or gold anodized titanium components. This thoughtful design choice not only enhances the knife’s beauty but also its utility.

Compact and Lightweight

Weighing in at a mere 2.0 ounces and measuring 3.8 inches when closed (6.4 inches overall), the Ballista II is an ideal companion for everyday carry. Its compact size ensures it fits comfortably in your pocket, while its lightweight nature means it won’t weigh you down.

Personal Touches

The Ballista II collection offers three distinct versions, each featuring premium handle inserts that add a unique and personal touch:

• G10 inserts: Known for their durability and water resistance.

• Cocobolo inserts: Offering a rich, warm appearance with natural wood grain.

• Ultem inserts: Providing a modern, translucent aesthetic.

Proudly Made in the USA

Every Ballista II knife is crafted with pride in the USA, ensuring top-notch quality and craftsmanship. This commitment to excellence is evident in every detail, from the blade’s sharpness to the handle’s comfort.
