Helle Fossekallen – Wood (3.50″ 12C27) 1049

The national bird of Norway inspired the naming of the Fossekallen. It has a triple-laminated stainless steel blade and curly birch handle that are both intended for general, all-purpose use. consists of a leather sheath.

In their facility in Holmedal in western Norway, Helle produces each and every knife. All knives are made by master artisans who take great pride in what they do. Before the knife is eventually examined and authorized, up to 45 separate manual processes are performed.
