Dexter Traditional Scalloped Slicer (12.0″ Carbon Steel) S46912

For those special occasions where presentation matters, the 12” scalloped roast slicer is a tool that no kitchen should be without. This knife is specifically crafted to deliver thin, precise slices, elevating your culinary creations to professional levels.

Superior Cutting Performance

The slicer’s long-scalloped points are crafted from durable stain-free, high-carbon American steel, ensuring that it maintains its sharpness and integrity over time. These points make it easy to penetrate thicker cuts of meat, such as beef, turkey, or ham, allowing for effortless slicing. Additionally, the scalloped valleys are calibrated to prevent tearing, meaning your seared steaks, exquisite roasts, or even crusty breads and delicate produce remain intact and beautifully presented.

Ergonomic and Aesthetic Handle Design

A knife is only as comfortable as its handle allows. The slicer’s natural rosewood handle provides not only a familiar warmth and feel but also a secure grip. The brass-riveted, contoured design ensures that the knife fits comfortably in your hand, allowing you to slice with precision and ease. This ergonomic design reduces hand fatigue and enhances control, making it easier to carve with confidence.

For anyone looking to add a touch of elegance and precision to their kitchen arsenal, the 12” scalloped roast slicer is an essential tool. Whether you’re carving a large roast for a family gathering or slicing bread for a sophisticated dinner party, this knife will ensure your slices are as impressive as the meals you prepare.
