Dexter Cook’s Knife Blk SoftGrip (8.0″ DEXSTEEL) SG145-8B

The Dexter SG145-8 SofGrip 8″ Cook’s Knife is versatile enough to handle an array of culinary tasks. Whether you need to slice, dice, mince, or chop, the 24153B Cook’s Knife effectively meets your needs. Its 8″ blade is an excellent option for those who may be hesitant to use a larger knife.

Featuring superior non-slip handles, the SofGrip series ensures a secure grip during use. The blade is constructed from stain-free high-carbon steel and has been precision-ground to achieve a finely honed edge. Additionally, an impervious seal between the blade and handle offers maximum sanitary protection and qualifies this knife for the NSF seal of approval.

Dexter suggests hand washing and sanitizing the steel to maintain its integrity and extend your tools’ lifespan.
