Dexter Cleaver White Sani-Safe (7″ Dexsteel) S5387

The Dexter S5387 7″ Stainless Steel Cleaver is an exceptional kitchen utensil. Essential for butchering, cleavers are crafted to be swung with force, providing the momentum needed to slice through thick cuts of meat, cartilage, and bones. Additionally, the wide surface of the blade is ideal for crushing ingredients such as garlic and ginger.

Equipped with a Sani-Safe handle made from textured polypropylene that resists slipping and is simple to clean, this knife is durable enough to endure both high and low temperatures. The blade itself is constructed from high-carbon steel and has been meticulously hand-honed to achieve an impressive sharpness.

Dexter suggests hand washing and sanitizing the steel to maintain its integrity and extend your tools’ lifespan.
