For professionals and business customers, there is a vast selection of multifunctional blades in the Commercial Series. There are blades for everyone, from slaughterhouses and butchers to commercial kitchens and chefs to hunters and fishers. Each knife is made of incredibly sharp German 4116 Steel that has been cryo-quenched for ease of re-sharpening at work or in the field. Their handles have an inner core of rigid Zy-ExTM for durability and an outer shell of softer, food-safe Kray-ExTM for long-lasting comfort and non-slip grip.
