Kershaw Launch 19 Auto – 3.3″ CPM-154 Two-Tone Clip Point Blade, Black Aluminum & Earth Brown G-10 Onlay Handle USA Made – 7851

The Kershaw Launch 19 7851 is a USA-made side-button automatic folder with a 3.3-inch CPM-154 two-tone clip point blade on a black aluminum handle with earth brown G-10 onlay — the warm-carry variant of the Launch 19 clip point family, pairing CPM-154’s powder metallurgy stainless performance with an earth brown G-10 surface that is the most naturally warm and tactile handle color in the Launch 19 lineup.

The Launch series represents Kershaw’s highest-tier USA-made automatic folder production — KVT ball-bearing pivot, side-button deployment, liner lock retention. The Launch 19 7851 runs CPM-154, Crucible’s powder metallurgy version of 154CM — more uniform carbide distribution, better edge retention, improved toughness, and excellent corrosion resistance. The clip point geometry keeps the spine straight from the handle then curves it concavely downward to a fine, acute, lowered tip — historically associated with Bowie and jackknife traditions, excelling at precision entry and detail push cuts while maintaining a long useful cutting belly. The two-tone blade finish applies two distinct surface treatments to the CPM-154 blade — a darker coating on the flat faces with a contrasting lighter section at the bevel or along a contrasting portion of the blade, making the clip point’s geometry readable in the finish contrast. The earth brown G-10 onlay is the feature that most distinguishes the 7851 from all other Launch 19 variants and from every other knife in the Launch catalog built in this session. Earth brown G-10 sits in a warm, natural, organic register — darker and more saturated than tan, less olive than OD green, distinctly warm and earthy in character. Where the 7851BBLK’s black G-10 onlay reads as zero-signature tactical and the 7851CFDAM’s carbon fiber onlay reads as visually premium, the 7851’s earth brown G-10 reads as naturally warm and materially honest — an organic carry tone that suggests outdoor, field, and natural-environment carry without the military signal of OD green. Black aluminum provides the structural frame; earth brown G-10 provides the warm surface element. The cool-neutral black aluminum frame against the warm earth brown G-10 onlay creates a warm-on-neutral handle pairing that complements the two-tone blade’s contrasting blade surfaces. All assembled in Tualatin, Oregon on Kershaw’s USA production floor.

• Blade: CPM-154 stainless steel, clip point profile, two-tone finish — powder metallurgy stainless with excellent edge retention and corrosion resistance; two-tone finish makes the clip point’s concave spine and geometry readable in the finish contrast; no active moisture maintenance required
• Handle: Black aluminum with earth brown G-10 onlay — the only earth brown handle in the Launch 19 family; warm organic earth tone that reads as naturally warm outdoor carry without OD green’s military signal; G-10’s moisture-impervious hard grip surface; warm-on-neutral pairing with the black aluminum frame
• Deployment: Side-button automatic — press the button on the spine; KVT ball-bearing pivot delivers fast, smooth, one-hand deployment; liner lock retention
• Carry: USA made, 3.3-inch blade (confirm clip configuration)

Buyers who want the Launch 19 clip point in the warmest and most naturally organic carry configuration — the 7851’s earth brown G-10 onlay reads as warm, natural, and outdoor-ready in a way that is distinct from both the zero-signature black of the 7851BBLK and the premium visual of the 7851CFDAM. Outdoor, hunting, field, and natural-environment carry buyers who want a warm earth tone that complements natural settings without the military OD green signal. Buyers completing the Launch 19 trio who want the 7851 earth brown alongside the 7851BBLK black G-10 and 7851CFDAM Damascus CF onlay as the complete three-variant Launch 19 set.

CPM-154, two-tone clip point, black aluminum with earth brown G-10 onlay, USA-made side-button automatic, and Kershaw Lifetime Warranty — the Kershaw Launch 19 7851 is the warm-carry clip point automatic in the Launch 19 lineup.
