Kershaw Launch 8 Automatic 7150 — 3.5″ CPM-154 Stonewash Spear Point, Gray Aluminum Carbon Fiber Inlay Handle

The Kershaw Launch 8 Automatic (7150) is a USA-made compact automatic folder that punches well above its size. The 3.5-inch CPM-154 spear-point blade in a stonewash finish deploys via an ambidextrous side-button mechanism — fast, reliable, and liner-locked open. Spear-point geometry gives the Launch 8 a strong, centered tip suited equally for precision work and everyday cutting tasks, and makes it one of the more distinctive blade shapes in the Kershaw automatic lineup.

CPM-154 powder-metallurgy stainless brings serious edge retention and corrosion resistance to a knife this compact. The stonewash finish conceals use marks and reduces reflectivity without the surface-hardness tradeoff of DLC. The handle pairs gray anodized 6061-T6 aluminum with a carbon fiber inlay — aluminum for structural rigidity and durability, carbon fiber for a refined aesthetic that sets the Launch 8 apart from standard aluminum-handled automatics. A reversible deep-carry clip rides tip-up in either hand.

For buyers who want a USA-made automatic that carries refined rather than tactical, the Launch 8 7150 is the answer in the Kershaw Launch series.
