The TOPS Knives Frog Market Special Combo Set FMS-CMB includes both sizes of the Frog Market Special along with a piggy-backed sheath system. Originally inspired by traditional market knives observed in Hanoi, Vietnam, these blades are designed for efficient meat and fish preparation. The wide heel allows for deep shearing cuts, while the pronounced edge curve supports smooth slicing. Thinner blade stock provides clean cuts with added flexibility compared to heavier outdoor knives. The pointed tip works well for boning tasks such as poultry and pork.
Though designed with kitchen use in mind, the Frog Market Special knives also transition well to camping, fishing, and hunting applications.
Key Features:
• Includes both Frog Market Special sizes
