Renowned as the entry point to the High Peaks, the Adirondacks’ Keene Valley provided a large number of the region’s hunting guides. The broad, flat ground blade has a profile that is great for any cutting application, but it also features a superior cutting/slicing geometry that makes it ideal for skinning huge game.
