Dexter Scalloped Bread Knife White Sani-Safe (8.0″ DEXSTEEL) S162-8SC

The Dexter S162-8SC Sani-Safe 8″ Scalloped Bread Knife is widely used in commercial kitchens globally. For bread slicing, not all knives perform equally well. A true bread knife boasts a scalloped blade that cuts through the loaf without squashing it. The Sani-Safe handle is made from textured polypropylene, offering slip resistance and easy cleaning while enduring both extreme temperatures. Its blade, crafted from high carbon steel, has been meticulously hand-honed to achieve an exceptional sharpness. Additionally, the seamless seal between the blade and handle ensures optimal sanitary protection, which has earned this knife the NSF certification.

Dexter suggests hand washing and sanitizing the steel to maintain its integrity and extend your tools’ lifespan.
